With over 20 years of experience in the fields of promotion, brokerage, facilitation, and entrepreneurship, Readh has developed extensive expertise, enabling him to manage businesses effectively and foster a diverse range of commercial and investment opportunities.

Readh served as the Chief Administrative Officer in the Office of the Chairman of the Private Department of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan from 1996 to 2004. He currently holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Palms Sports PrJSC.

General Jasem Yousef Yaqoob Eissa Al Mansoori is a Major General Pilot and serves as the Commander of the Special Brigade and the Personal Military Escort to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates. He also holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Sports Aviation Club. He holds a master’s degree in military science.

Ali Rashed Al Rashdi is the Chief Executive Officer of International Resources Holding (IRH), a subsidiary of 2PointZero / International Holding Company (IHC). Ali is the Chairman of the Emircom Board of Directors, as well as serving as a Board member of Reset Energy, Lahour Time Square, AD cooperatives, and MW Energy Limited.

Additionally, he is currently a Board Member of two listed entities, Al Seer Marine Supplies & Equipment Company Pr.J.S.C. and Abu Dhabi National Hotels PJSC. Prior to this, he was the Acting Director for First Integrated Properties at Abu Dhabi Financial Group (ADFG).

Ali has a BS degree in Financial Economics and a Degree in International Relations and Business from the University of Rochester. In 2015, he secured an MBA specializing in Finance from Abu Dhabi University. Additionally, Ali has undertaken programs covering leadership and influence, financial modeling, decision-making and problem-solving, project management, Governance, Claritas investment, and CFA level 1.

Guy Neivens has over 38 years of experience in asset management & management of special programs for High-Net-Worth individuals in the UAE.

Neivens previously worked within UAE government departments from 1985 to 2006, focusing on asset management, business Administration and VVIP protocol. From 1993 until now, Neivens directed several special programs, which includes a breeding program for Arabian racing horses in France and the USA, achieving many awards including horse of the year and owner of the year. Further, Neivens developed the strategic direction of the Abu Dhabi Combat Club (ADCC), which today ADCC has been in operation for 26 years with academies located all over the world promoting the self-defence martial art as a sport.

In 2003, Neivens founded Al Seer Marine Supplies & Equipment Company LLC and has served as its CEO until the present day. Currently with more than 1200 employees and recognized as a leading marine and management company in the Middle East, Al Seer Marine service portfolio encompasses yachting, commercial shipping, boat building, large-scale 3D printing, unmanned vessel platforms and solutions, with a proven track record of operational excellence. Neivens has overseen several projects collectively worth over USD 2 billion from design, to construction, to successful delivery to the client.

Under the vision and direction of Mr. Neivens, together with his Senior Managers, Al Seer Marine has experienced exponential growth and envisions future expansion and business development in all Maritime, Naval, Innovation & Technology sectors.

Neivens holds a Business Administration degree from Hammersmith & West London College, London, U.K.

Mohd Loay is an accomplished Institutional Investment Advisor. Extensive experience managing large and complex deals, overseeing investments in all major asset classes and industries. Work collaboratively with staff, executives, committees, and Boards in achieving investment objectives and organizational goals.

Additionally, Mohd Loay has a professional assurance background with experience in corporate governance, business advisory, and enterprise risk management; he comes with extensive Board experience and valuable cross-cultural awareness & adaptability.

Mohd Loay is currently working as the Chief Investment Officer - Royal Group (one of the largest investment groups in the Middle East), which he joined more than 18 years ago as the head of the group's internal audit. Before joining the Royal Group, Mohd Loay worked for several years in international auditing and consulting firms.

Mohd Loay has several international academic and professional qualifications, including MBA, BTEC Level 7, CPA Fellowship, and the CFE Fellowship, among others.

Mohd Loay served and sat on many boards, where he got the opportunity to work with and learn from leaders and influencers in different industries and communities. Mohd Loay is currently the Vice Chairman of Africa Gulf Bank, Board Member at Sawaeed Holding and Board Member at Burjeel Holdings PLC.

Gunther Alvarado leverages his extensive international experience and maritime expertise to drive growth and innovation as Deputy CEO. Since joining the company in 2013, he has overseen the expansion of Al Seer Marine's asset portfolio while focusing on strategic corporate restructuring. His dedication to resource management and infrastructure development has led to the creation of a robust support framework, enabling the company to efficiently handle its growing operational demands and stakeholder needs.

A visionary leader, Alvarado champions a balanced approach, integrating maritime tradition with cutting-edge technologies. His passion extends beyond modernizing Al Seer Marine; he actively contributes to the advancement of the entire maritime industry.

Gunther Alvarado's background reflects his global perspective. With Latin American and Eastern European heritage, he received his private education in Central America before pursuing undergraduate studies in North America. His dedication to the maritime industry is evident in his dual qualifications and licenses as a Maritime Chief Engineer and Master Mariner. Over the past two decades, he has thrived in the superyacht industry, excelling in both onboard and shore-based positions.

Today, Alvarado leads the ongoing development of all Al Seer Marine's activities - Yacht Sector, Commercial Shipping sector and Innovation, Defense, Technologies Sector. His extensive experience positions him as a key influencer, consistently raising performance standards and tackling challenges with innovative solutions. A strong advocate for the immense potential of the UAE's maritime industry, Alvarado believes the region holds the key to shaping its future chapters.

His appointment as Deputy CEO in June 2024 further solidifies Mr. Alvarado in his key role in the strategic leadership and direction of Al Seer Marine.

Holger Schulte-Hillen brings a wealth of experience and leadership to his role as Chief Operating Officer for Innovation, Defense & Technologies at Al Seer Marine. He joined the company in 2006 and has since become a cornerstone of the leadership team.

Schulte-Hillen's strengths lie in his strategic leadership, adept contract negotiation skills, and dedication to building strong customer relationships. These qualities have been instrumental in his success at Al Seer Marine, where he has consistently driven the company towards innovation and product development through his creative and forward-thinking business ideas.

Originally from Germany, Schulte-Hillen holds a degree in Boatbuilding and Project Management. He boasts over 20 years of experience in the maritime industry, having worked globally for boatyards. His passion for the art of yacht refits and the traditional craft of boatbuilding is evident in his unwavering commitment to perfection and professionalism. This expertise allows him to effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical capabilities at Al Seer Marine.

His proven track record includes over 12 years of experience as a Project Manager, further solidified by his PMP certification. He also holds a degree in International Business Administration from Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg in Germany. His appointment as a senior manager in 2018 reflected his growing influence within the company, ultimately leading to his current position overseeing Innovation, Defense & Technologies.

His contributions are crucial for the company's continued success in driving innovation and delivering exceptional results across its defense, technical, and yard operations.

Nitin Mathur

Nitin Mathur is a visionary leader in the maritime industry, currently serving as the Head of Commercial Maritime at Al Seer Marine since 2022. Joining Al Seer Marine to develop their commercial shipping business, Nitin has strategically guided the company into the sectors of gas tankers, crude and product tankers, and dry bulk ships.

With over three decades of experience, Nitin is renowned for his ability to drive strategic initiatives and business growth. His maritime career began at sea as a navigating officer, where he gained invaluable hands-on experience. Progressing to a Master Mariner and Class A Harbour Pilot at the Port of Singapore, he honed his operational and leadership skills. Nitin also holds an MBA with a specialization in Maritime Business and Logistics Management and is a committed member of The Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ICS), having held influential roles, including on the ICSHK executive committee.

Before joining Al Seer Marine, Nitin was the Managing Director at Wallem Group Singapore. In this capacity, he led Wallem Commercial Services, Ship Management, Advisory, and Investment Solutions, demonstrating his adeptness at managing complex, multi-faceted maritime operations. His career has encompassed strategic development and growth of maritime projects, commercial management, dry and wet chartering, vessel sale and purchase, and asset management. He has been instrumental in assisting financial institutions with distressed asset projects, showcasing his strategic and financial acumen.

Nitin's dedication to the maritime community is evident through his active involvement in industry organizations. He was elected to the Singapore Shipping Association (SSA) Council in 2019, where he chaired the SSA Services Committee until 2022. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he served as Chairman of the Singapore Shipping Tripartite Alliance Resilience Fund Taskforce (SFTF) for crew change, underscoring his commitment to industry resilience and seafarer welfare. He also contributed to the Singapore MPA Pilotage Committee.

Nitin Mathur’s career is characterized by his strategic vision, leadership excellence, and unwavering commitment to innovation in the maritime industry. His ability to steer complex organizations towards sustained growth and success makes him a prominent leader in the sector.

Martin Braithwaite, a seasoned leader in the maritime industry, brings his extensive experience to Al Seer Marine as Head of Yacht Management. With a proven track record of driving growth and innovation, he is instrumental in expanding the company's yacht management portfolio. His strategic vision and dedication to operational excellence have been instrumental in establishing Al Seer Marine as a leading player in the industry.

Martin's career at sea began as an engineer, progressing through the ranks to Chief Engineer holding a Chief Engineer Unlimited certification. This experience provided him with invaluable, first-hand insights into ship operations and management. Moving ashore, Martin has successfully managed the new build and refits of some of the most renowned superyachts through various family offices and leading yacht management companies.

In his role as Head of Yacht Management, Martin Braithwaite oversees all aspects of the company's yacht management operations, including building strong relationships with clients, providing comprehensive yacht management services, overseeing the financial aspects of yacht ownership, and ensuring that yachts are maintained in optimal condition.

Martin's commitment to excellence and his passion for the maritime industry drive the company forward, ensuring that Al Seer Marine continues to be a leader in yacht management.
